Maintenance
Tenant’s are able to make maintenance requests through their online portal, in which they can attach photos of their request. We also provide an emergency number for tenant’s to contact us, should one arise. Our goal is to protect your home and maximize your investment, and that means keeping owner’s maintenance costs at a reasonable level. We provide volume business to our professional contractors allowing us to obtain lower fees to the owner.
Property Inspections
Always having your best interest in mind, we perform inspections on your property to make suer it’s always being taken care of.
Detailed move-in inspections with photos to show the state the property was given to the tenant prior to moving in. Move out inspections are performed in the same manner to report the way in which the property was returned by the tenant to the property manager.
45 day inspection after tenant has move in.
Renewal inspection 70 days before lease renewal.
