For your convenience, the Odry Vargas Property Management Team is available 7 days a week to help you find your perfect home. Our online application helps to ensure a quick approval process and Odry’s support staff always strives to respond in a timely manner to all tenant requests.
We have been leasing properties to tenants since 2001 and we know what tenants expect in a rental home. Our goal is to provide you with superior Property Management Service throughout your tenancy. In return, we look forward to you being a responsible tenant who pays the rent on time, takes care of the property and enjoys the home you have rented.

Application Requirements
Please be advised that in order to process your application in a timely manner and within the 2 days from the day it was turned in, the following requirements must be met:
We must have payment before we can process the application. Application fee must be made for each adult applicant and be made in cash, cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks cannot be accepted. Once an application is processed, there is no refunding of the application fee(s) under any circumstances.
Please make sure you to filled out the application entirely and signed.
Each applicant must fill an application.
We must have a copy of all the applicants’ Driver’s License(s) or other photo ID.
We must have documented proof of income (last 2 pay stubs; last year’s tax return; etc.)
All questions must be answered. No questions should be left blank.
The telephone number and name and address of the current landlord must be provided.
When we process the application, we check the following:
– Monthly Income – total must be at least three (3) times the rent
– Felony Criminal records
– Eviction records o Previous residency
– Credit Report
*Out of state applicants may incur an additional fee.
Cooperating Agent please make sure that applicant provide the following items:
A copy of driver’s license or picture’s ID for everyone who is going to reside in the unit over the age of 16
A copy of two most recent pay stubs.
In the event that the person is self employed or owns a business please provide proper documentation of business.
Tenant’s must obtain renter’s insurance once approved.
